Michael worked very hard for us while seeking a home far from where we live. He conducted many video tours, contacted and often helped us negotiate with listing agents, gave good advice and opinions on various topics, and wrote and pursued well over a dozen offers and counter offers. Michael was always cheerful, positive, patient, and eventually helped us purchase a home meeting our many fussy desires. While navigating offers, he recommended inspectors and coordinated their work, read through reports and made sure everything was clear to us as well as what resolving some reported issues might entail. After closing, Michael monitored and helped getting final issues resolved, met us on site at our new home to give us keys, help with lights (it was night), and get us situated. Even now, over month since closing, Michael stays in touch and monitors progress on repairs, etc. He is and has always been an excellent partner for us, and his efforts cannot be overstated.
